To Comply with The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
To Comply with The Management of the Health and Safety at Work Act Regulation 1999 To Comply with The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998
To Satisfy Insurance obligation.
To Minimise the risk of fire and injury caused by electrical appliances.
Offences committed under The Electricity of Work Regulation 1989 may be liable for £20,000 fine for each offence in Magistrates court, Unlimited fines/prison sentences in a Crown court.
